Never had Sky/NTL TV/etc ever before so you can imagine my excitement when the new Virgin Media digital tv box arrived today! First thing that comes on?

We have NTL/Virgin Media; it came with the broadband. I've never watched it.

You can get some good digital radio stations on there though - that might be of interest to you. History/Discovery channels too possibly!

there is no bad TV with Chuck Norris...and its your day off why not spend it doing as little as possible...hence the word Off involved with the day bit...it means you are entitled to it!!

but I hear tell Virgin mens no SKY channels....that be bad.

Yea, that is true! No Sky! Hence they recently dropped their prices significantly on the package bundle - for double my internet speed (2mb > 4mb), reduced cost phone calls and TV for an install charge of £25 my monthly bill goes up by about £3 I think. I think that's pretty good for what it is.
