I've decided to write more frequent shorter articles and occasional questions rather than my longer more drawn out entries. I'm hoping to have more feed back from people and get more comments flowing, possibly having several sessions back and forth between the people that read my journal on a regular basis. I encourage everyone to tell people

i work at a gym, and i told a woman that just because she was too busy to come renew her locker, even though she had an entire month to do so, that it's not our fault or problem, and she got pissed. i'm sorry you were too busy to get online and click 'renew' ma'am, let me kiss your feet and make it up to you.

Sounds like the crap I deal with at work, except it's internal help desk. Though I do take external calls for the companies website ever so often. I have a couple of good ones from when I worked customer service at CompUSA.
It's like one of my friends t-shirts, "Some people are only alive because it's illegal to kill them."
