...Right. So I still haven't done the English presentation that was due three days ago, nor my CalcII homework or anything else a smart person would do. But I have updated at all my RPGs except seireitaihs, which has really been getting on my nerves lately because it seems so... anti-Renji.

I probably won't be deciding for another week or so, depending on how many people app. I'd like to have at least two people app for each of the major characters before I decide, so I can go with the better one and give everyone a fair chance to app. So, no worries. ^_^

This means that you make icons every week and people vote on them.
If you're planning to either make icons or vote, you need to actually join the community instead of just watching it.

I can't figure out what reason you would have for just watching it.
Remember: If you want to use icons from it, you MUST ask the creator of the icon (or leave a general comment if the icon didn't win and the creator wasn't revealed) requesting permission. It isn't a community where we just make icons for people to take.
