Life After Japan
The first few days were difficult. There was a strong sense of unreality in being back here-I kept expecting that any minute, I’d wake up in my dorm as usual, eat my breakfast bento, and head to school on the subway.

Well, I hope that it all works out with the study abroad first and foremost. Yes, it will be kind of tricky with the credit transferal issues. Financial aid should be a little less painful to deal with, because you may be able to find some sort of grant (they're hard to find, but they're out there...I know this for a fact). An internship would be nice too, but I'd rather you be completely happy instead of just settling.

Yes, we'll just count this one as a "see you later", rather than a goodbye. I think that you'll most definitely get back to Japan soon :)

Cute pics btw. I really like the speech pics. You look so pretty! :)

Credit transferral really shouldn't be a problem as long as the School of Design decides that the college's design program meets our standards -- which it should, since it's an art & design college, not a general liberal arts university. I'm more worried about the financial aid. I don't qualify for many grants, especially for study abroad, because I'm not a U.S. citizen.

Thanks!! :)

Aww, thanks for the doujinshi, it's absolutely adorable.

I hope you get back to Japan soon, it sounded like so much fun. I can't imagine not returning to Tokyo once you've visited. Best of luck with school~!

You're very welcome!! They didn't have a whole lot of FFT stuff, so I pretty much jumped on that one the minute I saw it and immediately thought of you, hehe. :D

I'm pretty sure I'll make it back to Japan, I just don't know when. Hopefully soon, though. My mom said, "I'm sure you'll make it back in a couple of years." Me: Years?? I don't want to wait that long! D;

You should go too~~~
