I dunno. I've never tried Sam/Gabe. Maybe cause I want the Gabester to be my fun uncle, rather than have sex with him. I think. UNDECIDED.

Ah, then I suggest you start with Important Angel Business, which was the first Sam/Gabe story I personally ever read, is pre-slash, and is an absolute delight. Plus, it has a minimum of Dean/Castiel, which is admittedly something of a rarity.
