The other night Glenn and I went to PetsMart to buy food for Colby. In addition to food, we bought something else... a pair of evil dress-up-your-dog fake reindeer antlers with a little chin strap. As soon as we got home, I put them on Colby and laughed myself completely stupid. That poor dog.

I'm a big fan of the jingle collars myself...

Or you can always do what my brothers thought was hilarious; take a belt of bells and tie it to the dogs collar. Watch as dog tries to figure out why the belt only makes horrible loud noises when she walks....

The second time they tried it, Ginsie came right over to me and sat down with the "Mommy, make 'em stop!" look.

Percy has a pair.

He looks like a really weird deer. A really embarrassed weird deer.

Of course, he also has bunny ears for Easter. And Eeyore ears for Halloween and...a tiny straw hat.

In my defense, I never make him wear them in public. I just occasionally pull them out, laugh until until the guilt overcomes the humor and then put them away, swearing that THERE is a holiday card that needs to be made.
