My photo has become "part of the movement"

Last Saturday, I walked around west Kitchener, knocking on doors and asking people how they felt about their new-ish Liberal Government.  This was part of the kickoff for a national campaign in which Liberal Party operatives walk around neighbourhoods, entering people's responses into an app on their smartphones.

I am quite taken by the name "Bardish Chagger". It's surely destined to have a life of its own, as a wild mountain adventurer.

Hmm. Red shirt, strap across chest, something in your left paw? Doesn't look curmudgeonly enough. =:)

Oh noes!  You've found my IRL identity!  The strap is a water-bottle carrier (it was 31°C that day).  The left-paw item is a ProScan, which Wifey bought used for $60 (it's barely worth that - very slow, nobody knows how to root it, etc) whose only redeeming feature is that it is indeed an Android and will run the MiniVAN program.

Bardish is a dyed-in-the-wool Liberal!  Her father supported Pierre Trudeau.  She started helping out with campaigns at the age of 13.  She started working for her predecessor Telegi at the age of thirteen.  She's beautiful and she plastered her entire riding with election signs with her face on them (but some people refuse to admit that this had any effect, because of course voters actually pay attention to issues).
