velvetpage and I took the girls to see it this afternoon. They quite liked it, though one long scene had Claire hiding her in coat with her hands over her ears.

General PointsThe CG was stronger than previous films. Reepicheep and Aslan looked very real indeed

I'm glad I'm not the only one to think the crew of the Dawn Treader was about to do battle with Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. XD

That would have been sort of marvellous, if it had happened!

Would that be the same sort of marvelous that would have resulted if I had not resisted the urge to stand up at the end Star Wars III: Revenge of the Sith, when Darth Vader is raised up on the operating slab, and shouted "It's alive! ALIVE!!!"?

Funny, that's my entire review of Verhoeven's Starship Troopers.
