Well, I know if I tried this I'd fail this test miserably, but there are so many great movies you didn't italics 0_o Out of the ones you haven't seen (and I have), I'd recommend:

Chocolat
Kate and Leopold (though I'm rather shamefaced about enjoying this)
Amelie
The Count of Monte Cristo (but the book was better)
The Importance of Being Ernest
Brokeback Mountain (but this might be rather subjective on my part, haha)

Err... Strictly Ballroom was painful. *winces* But heheh, you're just procrastinating, aren't you? :P

i half want to watch kate and leopold but not chocolat and amelie. not big on foreign movies.

brokeback mountain i wanted to see when it came out, but *shrug* hey! its not really a chick flick...why is it in this list??

omg!!! i have seen strictly ballroom!!! i had to watch it for english! its the one where he makes up his own steps for some ballroom thing rite?? ur rite. that wasnt very good
