Ikki can take the usual pain of his injury and take it just fine, and he can take the added rehab on top of that, too. Ikki outright beams when he spots the shark. "Nothing~!" he says, his voice almost chirping it out. "Hi!"

He pauses, and decides that greeting really isn't enough, so he adds in some more pretty quickly. "Hi hi hi."

Oh, come on. What could Ikki possibly do if he could reach him? What has he ever done that's worth earning suspicion?!

Ikki considers this, even though he'd known a few moments ago; he looks blank and raises a finger, as if to say 'wait'. "Tylonel!" he finally decides, out loud. "'Coz a wall didn't like me!"

He looks supremely smug for being able to explain himself.
