Today? Today is a great day for this Crow. It is the day that his cast has been removed and he's been given a crutch and bandages. He's still gotta use the wheelchair sometimes, but he's got a lot more freedom, and that's got him on top of the damn world.

His knee kinda hurts from the difference in freedom and the fact he's been using the chance

.....yeah, Ikki's probably not gonna get past that staring part. His mind kind of feels like it's tripping over itself, stuttering over and over. A moment ago he'd been normal! Completely normal and people-watching and maybe trying to figure out what was for dinner! Now his brain is somewhere on the floor, bouncing away, looking for a more deserving home.

He kind of registers that he's been given a greeting, but not really what to say in return. And when he opens up his mouth to say something, anything, it kind of doesn't work at all.

"Gngh," he manages, but somehow that doesn't sound quite right. He swallows, and tries again. "Guh."

Senses? Who needed those? Clearly not the Crow, as they're probably not gonna come back anytime soon.

But at least he's got verbal skills with prompting. Sort of like a puppet monkey! Wrong species, here. "Good," he says, a little helplessly. "Very good."
