Yugi tried not to pace. He didn't know when Horus-sama would be arriving, but he knew he didn't want to be anxious when the ancient god finally arrived. He just hoped Horus-sama would be able to make it.

He wasn't about to let anyone actually see him like this, though. After taking a deep breath, the man straightened, shifting his grip on what looked like a carefully decorated piece of board as he knocked on the door.

He looked up with a grin, addressing the god in greeting with the name he had given previously in case Yugi's mother was in earshot as he stepped back to invite his friend in.
((Heh, I can't remember what name Horus gave, or /if/ that was actually stated. I know he'd said he would be "a foreign friend" to others...))

"Heru" nodded, perhaps a little hesitantly, as he stepped inside, his eyes darting around the room and taking everything and everyone in out of deeply-ingrained habit. He managed to catch himself quickly, however, and finally turned to Yami with a small smile.
"Ah, thank you. For inviting me." It was mostly unnoticeable, but the god shifted almost anxiously from foot to foot as he stood there, as though still unused to standing on solid ground. After an awkward moment he pulled a small cloth pouch from a jacket pocket, and offered both it and the board he held to the younger man.
"This is for you. Both of you. I....don't know if you remember a game called Senet....?"
