I would ask that anyone I encounter face-to-face refrain from coming into physical contact with me, or approaching to within three and six feet of me, if at all possible. I've become slightly ill and as I know neither how contagious this disease is, nor how severe it may become, I would prefer not to infect anyone else.

I'll be fine, it's not very severe. I just don't want it to spread, should the symptoms worsen.

I don't think that will be necessary, but if they miss academics, perhaps they can find a book to read or a puzzle to solve.

Oh, that. No, my chip is still in my neck. I've never had much call to remove it, as I don't have any abilities for it to suppress.

I'm afraid this is just a standard illness.
