John Marshall for the incredibly silly reason that he came up with the rule that the Justices would only drink when it rained, but that their jurisdiction was so broad that it was always raining somewhere within it. Favorite class in law school: Civ Pro I could kick Lee's ass in oral argument because: Lee is a much more charismatic speaker than I am, so I'd kick his butt in the brief instead.

I think the last couple of moments of Crossroads II might be at the top of my list, but it's a close call. I like to contribute to fandom by: I used to write meta and the occasional fic, before law school ate my life. :( Other fandoms: Not really, though I am getting sucked in to Doctor Who Lawyer status: One. More. Frakking. Test. My favorite Supreme Court Justice is...because... Ginsburg... I just like to read her decisions. Well, technically I love to read Scalia's decisions maybe the most, but we disagree on a lot, so. ;) Favorite class in law school: Probably a seminar I took on Wrongful Convictions. But I also loved Torts (as you can probably tell from the username), products liability and evidence! The classes where my philosophy major came most in handy.
