This was interesting for me to read. I completely agree with much of what you said. I think most people would consider me an extrovert though. I feel in many ways that I uncomfortably straddle the gap between being an introvert and an extrovert. Last time I took the Meyers Briggs test I was evenly split down the middle on E vs I (and two other categories, incidentally). The recharge time you spoke of is a big thing with me, as is the feeling of acting at parties. When I'm in a group with my introvert friends, I usually look like a big extrovert. In most other social situations, I tend to be more like an extrovert. I'm constantly fighting with myself about whether to seek people or go be alone.

I've heard that getting shot in the knee cap is also painful.
