It's good that you are CCing your boss on all the emails you're sending this bitch. You need to point out to your bosses that this student is harrassing you to the point that it's interfering with your other work and other people who use your lab will start to have actual problems because this student has some bizarre, personal vendetta against you. Let them know that her harassment is causing you to lose focus on your work and you are worried that the quality of work you do will decline if she continues to harass you in this way. If you are not comfortable talking to them in person [I know I have trouble addressing things like this, I have panic attacks and it makes me seem like I'm full of shit] then write it down on a piece of paper to read from or send them an email. You're not doing anything wrong and this student has gone so far past the point of inappropriate behavior it's ridiculous.

You need to talk to your boss about this. I know there are possible ramifications ( such as not being allowed to work late, etc), however, the treatment by this student is unacceptable and until you do something about it, she will continue to treat you in the same manner.

I've been in the science field for 12 years now -- I worked 11 years for such assholes and it never mattered that I was good at my job -- what I did do, what I bent over backwards to do for them was never enough. So some people are just like that and you have to either force them to leave you alone or find another position. Any way it goes, limiting their ability to mess with you is key.
