Attach a piece of pipe to the duster handle, and connect a vacuum to the other end. Duster knocks dust loose; vacuum captures dust.

You can buy them, I'm sure, but probably for more money than some scrap pipe and a bit of duct tape.

not that you'd want to spend more money, who does???, but i loves me my expanding swiffer duster for those hard to reach places...like under the oven. i swear, that's where the dust bunnies multiply and then go forth ;)
