Chop, chop

In case anyone is wondering, it takes me an hour and a half to chop a pound of carrots fine enough that I can boil them into mush, plus half a ginger root, plus five cloves of garlic.

Hmmm, have you ever considered getting one of those vegetable choppers? Or are those choppers not able to slice and dice as fine as you need them to?

I wouldn't use it very often. I don't cook that much, so it'd just take up space in my kitchen, and my kitchen is tiny.

Sadly, we don't have a blender. We have a little handheld blending thing, and they have to get really damn soft before that thing can tackle them.

If you had ninja skills and a katana you could totally chop vegetables way faster. Hmm or Celerity? ;-)
