Waterboarding is torture

While browsing the internets today, I came on a thread in a message board that I frequently read that I think everyone should take a look at, and pass around. The thread is about someone who wondered whether waterboarding was torture. He tried it on himself, and described -- and later discussed -- his experiences. His conclusion? It's torture

Waterboarding has been considered to be torture for hundreds of years, if not more. This should be a no-brainer for any country and any administration. Sadly it is not treated as such here in this day and age.
