Yes, it is! :p It used to happen in a Gilmore Girls community too. I'd use the same picture as someone else or they'd use one I had used. That's why I never check other people's entries before I've finished and posted mine so I wouldn't be influenced by their icons and it wouldn't happen more often. :p
