So - last Friday I had my interview for the job I have been covering since June, and it was pretty nerve-wracking. The three interviewers were Mark and Alex (by current manager and my future line-manager, and both people I am close with) and Jane, the head of school administration who is lovely but a tad intimidating. Congratulations!

I had exactly the same situation happen... but with a different outcome! However it was a part time job so I wasn't as disappointed!
