[o] So far, all I've had to eat today is yogurt. A nonfat lemon and raspberry smoothie for breakfast, a Vanilla YoCrunch for a snack, and a peach smoothie. All these add up to 780 calories. This annoys me, but not much else I can do about it--the yogurt I like has a little more sugar than others, but the others taste like crap. Not just less-sweet
