[o] When you’re Stressed:
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt
- 2 tbsp mixed nuts
- Red bell peppers
- cup of peppermint tea
- handful of sesame seeds
- AVOID a can of soda

It's freaky that I do most of that already! 0.0 the body knows what it wants.
