I love Mary Tamm. I don't think she was the better Romana, but I saw her in The Odessa File last week, and I was just blown away by how good she can be, given a good script and the opportunity for naturalistic acting.

Also, her cheekbones pwn.

Although I was secretly disappointed that here she was, playing a German cabaret dancer, and there was not a single gratuitous dancing scene.
