Haha, ever since I finished NE, I just don't feel motivated writing anymore. Probably I ran out of gas, that's why (pretty much working that story on and off for three years). XD; It's good though you're motivated to write again. :)

Looking forward to those Lance pieces. Also, I think you'll do fine with that fight scene in Choice and Consequence. ;)

Strangely, it always makes me sad to hear that people have fallen out of writing. D= Maybe you just need a break from it and you'll come back to it later? ^^

I will take the world (well, the Pokemon fandom) by storm with mah Lance pieces. >D I just need to finish editing them! D= And in the past I've had a tendency to write battles which seem to confuse people--in the sense that they wonder where a pokemon came from. I'm not sure if it's just my fail or the fact I use a third-person limited perspective to show only a certain piece of the battle (like with the battle with the Rockets in the Underground, there was no mention of Bill's fight until Keegan's fight actually crossed over with it). Even then, it's probably still my fail. D= So thanks for the vote of confidence, but I still think I'll fail? XD Just because I write battles with too many things going on in them.

Yeah, maybe a break is a good idea. Besides NE, I also wrote four one shots and another fic (which I then quit due to real life reasons and such) at the same time. XD

Oh, I remember mentioning that in my review. XD; Trust me though, you're getting better at battles, which shows in the later chapters of your fic and also that one shot you entered for the Heart and Soul contest. ;)

One-shots can be trials on their own, even when filling in the gaps between writing chapters. XD And was that the parody fic--'Destiny's Tricks', was it? Maybe you could try to take that up again.

I thought it was you. :P Yeah, I should probably rewrite that scene ... I think I know where I went wrong with it. Good to know I'm getting somewhere though, thanks! ^^ Phew I was kinda worried about the HGSS-story battle scene. XD
