Dizzy spells have failed to dispell so I'm at PAMF having just talked to my Primary and having been scheduled for a neurologist appointment and a carotid ultrasound (since she heard a murmur there). hYep, sounds pretty much like the atypical (read: pain-free) migraines I have. There's a weird kind of ... unusual nausea (like I'm not actually in danger of throwing up, I just feel yucky) that comes with mine, too. I imagine it's very much like being hung over.

Neurologist has confirmed migraines (plus ear-rock-misalignment? not sure how it's related though, other than "general vertigo stuff"), and has given me a huge list of possible triggers. All of which are things I like to do. Chocolate, caffeine, pickled herring, avocado, pushing myself too hard, sleeping too little, sleeping too much, sudden changes in environment? These are all my hobbies!
