I can't finish reading this because it is so spot on it's like being punched in the face. I mean this as a compliment to your skill as a writer.

As one who has struggled with bipolar disorder, I have to tell you that I could feel Dean's mania bleed through your words. I started to read rapidly and I occasionally had to remind myself to take a breath, even needing to step away on a few occasions. This is intense, but I am going to read on because I think you've done an amazing job.
