The last few episodes were so depressing. Even the last few season 6 ones. So this was just a beautiful reminder that underneath everything Sam and Dean at one time were really just boys... Sam bitchy, emo and adorable and Dean rude, politically uncorrect and extremely supportive of his little brother... Thank you for sharing!

You're right. But I like depressing. Which is why my muse's recent excursion into semi-nice fic is very confusing to me.

But preseries fic needs to be at least halfway fluffy, because yes, at some point they were just boys and not weary of life every single day.

Ha! I love it! This is exactly what I meant! I have to tell you, I'm beginning to think we are joined at the hip. I wrote a fic in July of 2008, it was one of my first and I gotta tell you this *points above* is eerily like my story here. Since no one was writing the boys preseason fighting, I wrote it myself!
