short wait

I am having the worst Netflix luck! On top of them suddenly taking forever to process my returns (this didn't happen when I first joined), everything seems to have a "short wait" as soon as it gets to my number one queue spot, even if it didn't before. They study your return pattern. It's totally purposeful so that "everyone has an equal experience" blah, blah, blah. Basically, they stick it to the 3's, instead of the 1's, so that we aren't getting first pick of everything. And I actually got that from a Netflix rep, because I too had shitty Netflix luck, which only happened after I changed from a 2 to a 3, so I wrote and complained.

All my stuff says "in stock", too, until it gets to #1!

I was on the 1 plan for my first two weeks during the free trial, and everything was peachy. I bumped it up almost immediately because I have so many movies in my queue that it would have taken me years to get through them all on the 1 plan (it'll still take awhile on the 2 plan so I may bump up again). About a month after I started paying/my plan was bumped up was when I noticed the decline in service...
