Who: Germany and Italy. When: Soon after Italy arrives. Where: The hostel. What: Derpland and Failtalia are reunited. Warnings: Derp. ( and this war's not over. )
Italy was confused. He was even more confused than the time he'd walked in on Germany in the shower, and that's saying something. Thankfully, there wasn't any rain when they had to leave the tram station, and now they'd made it to a room that Germany seemed to be living in. For a moment, Feliciano wondered if Germany had scrubbed this place just as hard as he usually scrubbed his other home. He hoped you could cook here too, because right at that moment he was craving a huge bowl of pasta and an extra large helping of gelato. Did they even have gelato here?
However, he listened to his ally. Changing his train of thought away from food, Italy paused for a few minutes, seeming to think the question over. Without warning, he ran and jumped at Germany, throwing his arms around his neck.
"GERMANYGERMANYTHISPLACEISSCARYANDTHERAINKILLSPEOPLEANDTHERE'SPEOPLEI'VENEVERSEENBEFOREAND--" he wailed loudly.
Germany waited patiently on his ally, knowing far too well that thinking about anything other than food, art or sleeping was a lot of effort for the Italian.
But he wasn't expecting the sudden hysterics, but managed to keep his balance when Italy jumped on him. He felt his face reddening at the invasion of his personal space, but still managed to sound firm as he scolded the other nation.
"ITALY!" Germany said loudly, trying to pry Italy's arms away. For a weak man, he had quite a grip. "STOP SHOUTING AND CALM DOWN!"
Did he need yet another lecture on inside voices? Because Germany was completely prepared to give him one.
"BUTGERMANYIT'SREALLYSCARYANDWHATIFIDIEIDON'TWANTTODIEI'MSTILLAVIRGINANDIHAVESOMUCHTOGIVE!" he continued wailing, keeping a vice-like grip on Germany.
Now that he had Germany with him, it felt okay to panic. Normally their alliance worked in a way that meant Italy would get into trouble, but after shouting and despairing Germany would come and save him. Italy thought that might happen this time.
"IT'S SCARY AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S BEEN BOMBED! HAVE THE ALLIES BEEN HERE?" he cried, managing to include pauses- mainly to catch his breath.
Germany's shouting had quite the opposite effect on the Italian. Instead of getting him to be quiet, it had scared the Italian even more and caused him to panic and wail harder.
Gott, did Italy really have to yell right in his ear like that? Especially when he was also practically strangling him. Grabbing the Italian's upper arms, Germany forced them away from his neck and down at his sides. To think Germany had actually been concerned about the idiot since he had woken up in the derelict city. Now that Italy was here with him, the old, far too familiar sensation of a stomach ache was creeping back.
"If you shut up for a few minutes I can explain!" Germany snapped, gripping Italy's arms tightly and keeping them locked in place. "Out of the Allies, America is here, but we have called a truce for the time being. You don't have to worry about them."
America was also apparently from sometime in the future when the world was at peace, but trying to explain that to Italy would be extremely difficult.
