Elle slowly walked up to the temple, her feelings conflicted. Ever since Sylar had arrived, she'd felt uneasy. All the things he'd said... they couldn't be true. But what reason did he have to lie?

After a moment to collect her resolve, she entered the temple. There he was, in the flesh. The man who'd killed her father and tried to do the same to her. The man who'd caused her powers to go berserk, getting her fired from the only job, hell, the only life she'd ever known. She knew she couldn't let it throw her off her game, but, god, more than anything she wanted to see his flesh stripped away by her power.

"Sylar," she greeted him abruptly. One hand drifted, hidden behind her back, electricity sparking into existence in her palm. "So I'm here. Now what?"

"We talk, why else do you think I wanted to see you?" He asked curiously, raising a brow at her.

He wouldn't be surprised if she did try to take revenge on him, considering where in the timeline she seemed to be from. Before they had forgiven one another at Pinehearst. Before he had decided she was a liar and killed her. The only problem was, if she did it this time, he didn't have his regenerative power in order to heal from her attacks.

It was strange, seeing her standing there, like looking at a ghost. When he had been trapped in his memories, the only way he had seen her had been on fire, like he had left her on the beach. It was almost eerie, seeing her whole like this again.

This was definitely a strange place, to say the very least.

"Then talk. If you don't know where to start, I have an idea," she said. She drew her hand out from behind her, aiming at his head. "How about you give me a good reason not to take you down where you stand."

"I don't really have one," He replied with a shrug of his shoulders. "I killed your father, I killed you, you have every right to be angry. But if you thought I was going to apologize, you're wrong." He smirked a little. "So if you're going to kill me you might as well do it. You'll never get a better chance than now, when I can't fight back, can't heal."

There were things that scared Sylar, but death had never been one of them. He had dared people to kill him before, like when Hiro found him after he murdered his mo-adopted mother, Virginia.
