It wasn't long before a familiar lump-of-a-rabbit came bouncing in through the front door. After a week of being with Watanuki, Soel had finally returned home. He went over to Clow and gave the man a big hug as he spoke about how much he had missed the magician and what zany adventures he and Watanuki had been on. Soel was a very talkative being.

Soon after that, though, another familiar face appeared. This one wasn't nearly as cheerful as Soel, though. Watanuki was still feling very depressed over Yuuko's departure, and it showed in his being. He peeked around the door, not wanting to step in without permission, and he said, "Um....hello?"

Even though this had been his idea, he was still uneasy. It was partially because of the lack of Yuuko's presence and partially because of Clow himself.

Clow rolled over and sat up on his couch as his little white manjuu-hare creation leaped into his arms. A nice fluffy hug was given to her before he set the creature in his lap. He'd really missed the ball of excitement more than he'd say and listened attentively as it told of it's escapades with the teen she'd been designated to protect. Clow smiled and laughed where necessary and joined in on the teasing as if it was only natural to pick on Watanuki.

But speaking of. Clow's attention turned to the door as a voice carried over. "Ah, Kimihiro-san.~ Come in, come in. Thank you for bringing Mokona back to me. Please make yourself at home." he replied, remaining where he was, as he waved an arm to the boy to come in and join him on the couches for tea and conversation.

Clow didn't mean to seem intimidating but that's usually what happened when people encountered him for the first time. Here though, he would try to be more friendly and human, as it was for Watanuki's sake he'd allowed him over whilst they were both hurt.

Watanuki nodded and made his way into the house. He wasn't really nervous, per se. Clow didn't scare him that much. Rather, Watanuki's apparent shyness was out of respect for the older man. He was a great magician, after all. Shouldn't he get respect regularly?

After slipping off his shoes, Watanuki stepped up and went over to where Clow was sitting. He didn't sit down right away, though. Instead, while fidgeting slightly, he said, "Clow, is it alright if I sit on your couch?"

Oh really now. Having respect for a magician, especially one as great as he, should really only apply to the magic he uses. Every other time, when magic was not in use, he was just a normal, prideful, mischievous man prone to mistakes just like the rest of them.

Understanding that his reputation seemed to proceed him in most matters however, he ignored the shyness and kept that kind smile on his face. "I'd be shocked if you'd wished to sit on the floor instead, Kimihiro-san. So, please sit where ever you wish to. I did say you could make yourself at home.~" He answered, a tint of deviousness in his tone as he shifted over in his seat to make room for Watanuki. The invitation was quite clear if the boy wasn't too polite to take it.
