The blond boy sat on one of the larger rocks, his legs dangling down, making him look somewhat smaller than he actually was. He'd watched the few monsters he'd seen with some interest...maybe things wouldn't be so boring around here after all. Still, best not to get overzealous.

At the sound of someone calling him, Bobby lifted his head and looked in the direction that it had come from, blue eyes settling on the redhead approaching him.

"A-ah," he stammered with an expertly-crafted nervous expression, "Y-yes, I'm Bobby. You're...Reno?"

Ah-Ha! Bingo, baby.

Man, sometimes, he loved himself. ...Even if it had taken him half an hour to find the kid.

"Yeah, that would be me, yo." He answered, a wide grin on his face. "Nothin' ta fear now, kid, no one's goin' ta hurt ya with me here, yo." He garanteed, a proud look in his eyes.

Hehe, he loved to be the kids' hero. ...Even if for a long time, he really hadn't.

Really, this man was so full of himself, it practically radiated from him. Bobby wondered if he had any bite at all to back up that tremenous bark. Biting back a grin, he hopped down from the rock.

That, however, turned out to be a bit of a mistake. Despite the fact that he used his slight limp from his never-quite-mended broken leg as a way to garner sympathy, the damn thing did actually hurt somewhat at the moment. So, in landing on it, he gave a short cry and fell to his hands and knees instead, gritting his teeth. Stupid! Though...all the more realistic, he supposed. Going with it, he let his eyes water up and he sat back, looking up at Reno almost expectantly.

Reno's smile faded almost immediately as he ran to the kid after seeing him fall and hear his cry. He bent down next to him and looked at his leg, frowning.

"...That doesn't look good." He said, and turned his head to look at the boy's eyes. "But don't worry, I'll take you to safety. Can you hold on to me?" He asked, knowing fully well that it would be better to just pick Bobby up and take him home to take a look at his leg, not letting him walk all the way.
