Thankfully, the two weren't left alone with the moogle for long, as a knock on the door announced Aerith's arrival. "Hello there, boys. I heard you needed some help with a moogle." She called out, and turned the doorknob in order to let herself in. She didn't think Cloud would mind if she did, and she really wasn't in the mood to stand outside in the dark for very long.

Peeking her head inside the door, she flashed a bright grin to both Cloud and Kadaj, before stepping fully inside the house. Her eyes trailed from Cloud, then over to Kadaj, and finally landed on the moogle. "This little adorable thing is giving you both all these problems?" She perked an eyebrow in near disbelief.

Kadaj, of course, was standing. His usual state of agitation meant he didn't care to sit often, particularly when things were going in his favour, and this--well, this was aggravating in itself. Though some part of him was distinctly pleased that nii-san would think of him--and no, he'd not attempt to return the gift, no matter how annoying it was--he still wished... what? That said gift had come with some sort of manual, because Kadaj had no idea what to do with a moogle of all things and Kadaj did not at all like being clueless.

Though, perhaps, they would have a manual, of sorts. Not of nii-san's design, but the Cetra--she'd volunteered and, it seemed, kept true to her word. Kadaj's gaze snapped to rest upon her the moment he heard the door open and that was a vision unreadable, save a sort of hesitant curiosity. (Because Aerith was strange, wasn't she? He knew her without knowing her at all, like many, but this wasn't strictly from Sephiroth's memory. No, he could remember her voice, hearing it all on his own, and ( ... )

Cloud tilted his head slightly upon Aerith's entrance, but didn't look at he immediately. "...it's noisy," he added, and the moogle confirmed that with a series of jumbled 'kupo's as it began toddling its way over to Aerith. Cloud twisted in his seat a little to watch it, before allowing his eyes to lift and take in the sight of Aerith.

"What does it want? We tried feeding it." And it hadn't seemed interested beyond poking at the food. Did moogles eat specific things or something?

Aerith gave Cloud an amused smile, before pressing her index finger to her mouth. "You just have to try different things. Like you would with a baby." She laughed, crouching down so she could be closer to the moogle's eyelevel. As the little thing approached her, she held open her arms, so it could waddle its way right into them.

"It could just want someone to hug it, or it could want someone to play a game...or... really, I'm not too sure. I don't speak moogle. But it can't be all that hard to figure out."

She glanced over at Kadaj then. "How have you been? The both of you, of course, but I thought Kadaj could use with some conversation."
