Summary: Somehow, Rukia and Agito ended up together as dates for the call. Rukia in her bunny costume, and Agito is a cat costume.

Agito despised this event and hated this outfit. He didn't understand it but he was going. Why? He didn't know and he wanted to find out a reason. Either way, he was there.

So he walked to the ball and saw something in white. Big and white... and too happy. So for now, he walked over to the girl and stood in front of her. The boy didn't know her name so he just waited for her to pay attention to her.

Rukia was used to waiting around. It came with being taken into a noble clan within Soul Society. It did not mean that she liked it, but she had come to accept it. Anyway, she'd rather not be running around and scaring whomever it was off, since she could at times be rather fierce despite her small appearance. Then again, people who judged her by looks alone, deserved a kick in the face, or so she thought.

It was not until she caught something moving out of the corner of her eyes, that the shinigami lifted her head. It was him? It seemed to be, for he was dressed as a cat, and slipping from her chair, she 'bounced' over toward him. Not forgetting her manners, since nii-sama would have been upset if she had, she gave a bow of her head, before purple eyes looked up at him. "Arigato. Kuchiki Rukia. You're the one, hai?"

"Huh?" Agito was first confused by her hopping over, but then next, didn't understand a word she said. More so, nothing she said made sense. At the moment, the blue haired boy looked at her strangely, definitely wondering what her problem was.

Rukia blinked, giving the guy a strange look, wondering if he was stupid or something. One eyebrow rose, and those purple eyes peered over at him. "You are the one in the journal, aren't you? I a-m R-u-k-i-a."

She took a small step back then, looking at him with confusion, for was he not the one, or had he already forgotten her?
