extraordinary desserts is right up the street from W. next time you'll have to go there! Bryan and I saw that hotel from the outside and thought it looked nice, I'm glad you guys had fun! San Diego is awesome. Except for Rock Bottom, that place sucks. It's one of those places the I think only stays in business because it's one of the only resturants/sports bars within walking distance of the UCSD dorms.
btw, those pictures are amazing. Where could I see more (whenever they're done)? I want to show my mom and heather, they adore walla's photography.

i kindof feel guilty because this macaroni & cheese thing i got at rock bottom was *really* good & i knew kat's food wasn't so good. i kept trying to get her to take bites... she took some :)

That poor girl, what a bummer to have your ride fail you when you are at a strangers house and sick. Glad you guys are nice and took her home =)

Rock Bottom is a chain...there are a handful in AZ. They have a microbrewery. It's decent beer. The food is acceptable. At least here. Reminds me of BJs actually. Maybe the one there is a different place.

Speaking of food. If you were ever in my neck of the woods I could take you to some great places for food. None chain restaurants. (Not much of a fan)

yeah, i was thinking it was like BJs with the microbrewery and such. i think they just screwed up my food cos they made it wrong the first time, then hurried to fix it. you don't make pizza with pesto on it rushed. it turned out waaaay oily, and the only thing i had asked to be omitted was the tomatoes. i wish they'd just left the first one and let me pick off the tomatoes. :P they just immediately rushed it off when i said, "i ordered that without tomatoes."

anyway, i'll keep that in mind if i'm ever in AZ for some random reason. ^_^
