Styx was right. Mother’s Day is the stupidest holiday to ever exist. Exactly why is it that half the city gave their mother’s gift certificates to take self-defense lessons for Mother’s Day?
I’m debating whether this is reason enough to go after my boss. The only good thing to come of this is the slight raise in paycheck. Not sure if it’s worth it

You may think they're reasons, but they're excusses. And not mortal? What does the mortality have to do with it anyway? No big deal. You die, before the rest of us, so what? We die too.
Cassandra - I remember her. Vaugely. She should have shut her mouth. On all occasions. It's just common sense, and she did go back on her word. She deserved it as much as anyone can with Apollo and the rest of the Gods' ideas of funtime and revenge.
If you had any sense you would have gone home. Surely there was some nice person for you to settle down with, grow old and then laugh at the rest of them when they came back - or didn't. Living under a rock? Are you trying to be fucking ironic here or what?
And tyrannical fuckheads? Where in Tartarus did that come from?
Thanatos seems to claim anyone with an ending pulse. So no, on both accounts. Besides, you're really not the usual.

I would, given the chance. Haven't yet though, so we'll see.
You obviously didn't try very hard, if you didn't make it there. And no, it's not everything but there's nothing else like it. What's the point of having all of your fucking glory unless you have grandchildren on your knee to tell it to? No point. There's things which being alive you should have taken advantage of. You had your family, you had an able body - I assume - and you probably had enough to have made a name of yourself for a few generations.
There's little else to ask for. Memory never lasts. One day the mortals will forget completely.
Oh fucking shut up. It's easier to remember the villains then the heroes. There's too many of you, he stuck out like a sore thumb. I prefer breathers for one thing, and women.
Which clearly wasn't enough.

They all do eventually. Or they get the facts wrong - this time's a clear showcase of that.
No.
I can't beleive I'm wasting my time arguing with a mortal.

Never have and never been one of the muses, boy.
No, but I can still remember who I once was and what it meant. Beyond whether or not I was remembered.
