I really like that you're writing like this- I'm learning so much more about you! So, even if you can't unabashedly celebrate yourself, you can just let us do it instead. :)

5 instruments is simply awesome, we need more music always, and I suck at whistling too. ;)

Glad to know I'm not the only one who can't whistle! I don't know what happened because I used to be able to... now it just doesn't work.

what does Jake play?

Jake's a pianist, but during his training at Crane he took technique courses in all the instruments. He's able to teach beginning band instruments and very rudimentary strings. Playing piano helped him out immensely when it came to learning to play everything else!
