Now since our next week will be free,
What shall our vacation thus be?
Deciding the spot,
And where all to trot.
So who will come join the party?

Somewhere cold and quiet would be nice I think. Also with just the family and any guests alone, without much stress from the real world.

Hah... cold and quiet... I think everyone wants something different.

I figured family, but what exactly do you mean by guests, so I know if we're on the same page or not.

Maybe a lodge or mountain hotel of some sort.

We should probably bring Theresa along so the house isn't a flaming wreck when we come home and she's screaming "All Erlands are Bastards".

And I figure she'd prefer somewhere colder.

...wouldn't the house more be a frozen wreck?

But hmm... I'm not sure how to reconcile the different ideas for vacation.

Somewhere sunny, warm, and lots of engines. Maybe a little on the loud side without being obnoxious.

Also, good for bikinis and seeing girls in bikinis.

I'm starting to wonder if we'll need to break this trip up into more than one part.

Why?

Because you'd like someplace sunny and warm, and Vidya is thinking more mountains, quiet, and cool.

... I wonder which side I would go with, given the conversations. |\;;;

Admittedly, it's a bit more of a mess than I thought it would be.

Still, where would you, personally, like to go?

... I actually wouldn't mind somewhere colder. In the mountains. I haven't gone skiing since Iikagen once dragged us out of nowhere to it-- something about a contest he had randomly entered. |\;

Though that Disney World idea that... Alexandra Grant, correct? Gave, might be interesting... But it would probably be busy, due to Golden Week. Overseas tourists, and even Tokyo Disneyland might be even moreso...

... I don't think I'm all for Kurochi Shiyoko's idea. |\;;;;

Hmm... I don't know how the skiing will work, though, since it's getting a bit late in the year for that... but I guess I can look to see what would be available.

Yes. Good idea, but might be too crowded.

...something tells me you don't like it because you're particularly modest, dear Umu.

...go to Disney World.

Nobody can be unhappy at Disney World.

...interesting suggestion. In some ways it'd work fairly well, though I might need to worry about how crowded it can get.

Have you ever been there personally?

Uhuh! A few years ago.

It's really fun! You could stay there for weeks and still find stuff to do! There's the Magic Kingdom and the Animal Kingdom and Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach...

...it is really crowded though, especially in the middle of Summer.

Well, we'll have to keep it in mind for another year, then.

Thanks for the help, Alexandra.
