I don't know why I put such pressure on myself to update and then only do it when I'm ill. I've been fighting off a cold for weeks but I failed this morning/last night with a fever and now I have a blocked-up nose and swollen tired eyes and a gravelly voice. Oh well. I defriended her. The debate on feminism we were having? Three on her side, and me on mine. She actually used the phrase 'deserve it'. I do NOT need to have that kind of shit in my life. There are things I will not tolerate. Letting it get swept under the rug would make it acceptable. And one of her friends informed me that 'most women lie' about being raped.

This, and a combination of some of her other beliefs...yeah, no thank you.

One thing I didn't do is make a big fuss about it. That'd be like going 'I am soooo much better than you because I am an ATHEIST LIBERAL FEMINIST.' And my beliefs are just that--beliefs. Belittling someone else's to their face will help nobody along.
