I HATE this heat!! Its sooo horrible and draining isnt it! :-(

Drinking water will definitely make a difference to your weight and its better for you anyway and go you on not having a big ED relapse! I know how hard it is to avoid!

Have fun at the gym when you go. I miss going to the one We are members of but its hard for Me to stand the flourescent lights in there.

I drink a ton of water everyday. Even in winter. Drink more of that than anything.

I have worn dark glasses in the gym but they dont stop the lights burning My skin.

It's good that you didn't relapse and that you are going to do something about it.

By the way, *lol,* that is hilarious! I just had a good laugh right there about your first paragraph. There is such a place called, "Hades," and people say it looks like Hell, smells like Hell, and feels like Hell, you know...*lol!*
