Dogs, Rain, and Puddles

lol... Our little Leo has this good sense, too. And I can even trust him to do his business and return without a leash as long as I watch from the door. Marley is very methodical about her process, and Anubis is definitely my ADD child. It sounds like he and Radha would get along splendidly.

A fence is my dream. Oh, how I long for a fence! lol...

lol... I know. There's a reason I live in CA! BUT, we've been down into the low 20s the last few days, and I can honestly say it's been better than 34 with wind and rain!

Thanks for thinking of me!!! I've just been super busy over the last month, and I'm currently sick. I passed my interview for the Fremont PD, and I recently had my psych eval. I won't know for a couple weeks how I did on that, but I feel good about it. The ex got fired, and my child support stopped for a while. That was pretty darn scary. Fortunately, the Dept. of Child Support Disbursement finally caught up with him again, and I just received a couple months of back pay. That was wonderful! I went on a ride-along with a K9 unit on Saturday. I got to see K9 Rex do a drug search, see him deployed to search an empty house where a squater had been hanging out, and then I got to experience a code 3 emergency which sent us flying through town at 90 mph. When someone else is driving, that is a bit scary. So, mostly good, some not so good, but hanging in there.

How have you been?
