New TF Movie Teasers

so in the middle of writing up my essay for International Jrn and watching Independence Day (yes, I need to build my faith in Michael Bay and be assured he will not screw up the TF Movie), I've been watching the two new TF Movie teasers that went up online today, and all I can say is that I'm pretty psyched about how this movie's gonna look

I'd tell you to get the Movie Prequel comics #1 and #2, but I heard they were all sold out... you can try eBay though, someone may be selling copies. #3 comes out in April.

I went to the comic book shop today and they only had movie prequel comic #1? She said it hadn't come out yet XD;

heh, strange... #2 has been out for about a week now... suggest you pick up #1 first, since that has alot of Bumblebee, and maybe reserve #2 with them

Er... no offense... but since when does "Not liking one of the movie designs" equal "OMG GEEWUNNER PURIST"? Maybe they just don't like the design... I know I don't, and even after seeing it in action I still hate it and think it's the ugliest thing I've ever had the displeasure of seeing. And I'm hardly what anyone could call a "purist" (I find that implication a little insulting, myself...)

I know there are purists who whine about the designs, but seriously... Not liking one design =/= purist...

I don't really like Megatron's design, either. But the rest are rather growing on me - even Bizarrobee and Prime.

perhaps I wasn't clear enough... when I meant purists I was talking about those people who gripe about the designs and what not sucking because it doesnt look G1 enough for them, and believe me, I've seen alot of those folks on some of the forums.

It is interesting that it always seems to be G1 Starscream who is angry about the change in looks. Apparently Armada, Energon and Cybertron Starscreams are just waiting to see what the movie as a whole is like.

More likely Prime just finishing his transformation from reformatting. The briefest of blue sparks climbing up the smokestacks was nifty. Agreed with Camaro Bee better suited than VW Bee, in the sense of changing times. Even with the new VW Bug designs, it wouldn't feel the same.

Starscream may be ugly compared to G1 SS but it's a different ugly in this continuity.
