I found him on eBay... but was only shipping to the US, so she helped me with the shipping part of it. Cost about... less than $20 USD, that much I know.

Congrats! You're very lucky - I had to buy the whole set to get him. XD I was going to eBay all the rest, but they're so darn cute, I ended up selling just the Armada figures. XP
