Ugh ... I still feel pretty rotten.

I wasn't allowed to eat anything for 36 hours, but I was allowed to have electrolytes and some pink gunk shoved down my throat at two hourly intervals.

Night and day, I might add!This morning I had my first food since dinner on Friday night. It wasn't much, but I didn't mind because my stomach is still pretty
