[Cecil is out shopping in the Department Store. Again, you might want to say. But this time he holds the Pokégear with his left hand while the rest of his body is buried by bags and boxes of all kinds, and people can see a feminine hand adding more to the pile every so often.]

I would like to thank everyone who has sent me gifts. All of your choices ( Read more... )

Hello Mr. Harvey! Merry Christmas! [Iris waves happily at the camera.] Merry Christmas!

Thank you so much for the gift. Did you receive yours as well?

[video] Not too much. Drawing Pokemon is easier for me than drawing people. usedsubstitute December 26 2010, 04:09:05 UTC
[Iris giggles.] You are good at this! I didn't think it was possible to come up with a nickname for Iris.

That's true...Maybe I'll ask her, but I don't want to ruin the surprise! I think someone would have told me if a vicious Pokemon was going to hatch from this egg.

[video] Some of them are simple, but others are pretty elaborate. puppet_paladin December 26 2010, 04:12:26 UTC
I don't think you can say a Pokémon will be viscious because of its species. It might look dangerous but be quite sweet.

[video] Cecil's Pokemon are pretty simple~ I can draw Growlithes in my sleep I've drawn so many usedsubstitute December 26 2010, 04:34:25 UTC
That's true! My friend Shadow had a Houndour-Houndoom now-and he was the sweetest thing.

[video] I can draw Ditto, Oddish and Voltorb! ...Er. puppet_paladin December 26 2010, 04:41:19 UTC
Even Flare will become rather imposing, yet there is no kind Pokémon around.

[video] <3 Those are some pretty good ones. You have potential there! :D usedsubstitute December 26 2010, 04:43:38 UTC
My friend Miles' Growlithe evolved today! She's so large. Poor Miles was frightened half to death! But she's a dear really.

[video] Next, I'll try Electrode! :DDD puppet_paladin December 26 2010, 04:46:34 UTC
With Arcanine's size, your friend will be able to sleep on her, if he wants. And I'm certain she'd let him do it.

[video] Go for it! But those circular Pokémon are hard because you have to have a perfect circle. usedsubstitute December 26 2010, 04:51:21 UTC
That would be so sweet! He seems so tiny standing next to her now! He's only ten, so he's rather small to begin with, but now he seems ever smaller!

[video] When I was little I used glue sticks. Couldn't draw them otherwise. puppet_paladin December 26 2010, 04:54:12 UTC
Only ten? I do hope he's not travelling alone. There are so many children, I think some of them end up left to themselves.

[video] Glue sticks? How cute! I used mugs! usedsubstitute December 26 2010, 04:59:37 UTC
No, he's a very intelligent little one. I'm sure he would be fine on his own, but not to worry! He's in Goldenrod now actually, with Phoenix. They're childhood friends or so they tell me. It's rather cute.

[video] Mugs were too big. I drew small. puppet_paladin December 26 2010, 05:05:02 UTC
Childhood friends? They also suffer from a timeline difference, then? What large is the gap?

Reply

[video] That's lucky. When you draw big, it's easier to pick out mistakes. usedsubstitute December 26 2010, 05:16:02 UTC
That's right! Yes, Miles is ten and Phoenix is...my age or perhaps a little younger.

[video] I was the type to put as much as I could on a sheet of paper. puppet_paladin December 26 2010, 05:23:10 UTC
That's nearly as much as the difference between my friends and I.

[video] I was the type to go through vast amounts. :D usedsubstitute December 26 2010, 05:34:30 UTC
R-Really? Are your friends...younger or older than you Mr. Harvey? That must be so strange!

My sister is actually younger than I am here, although she seems the same.

Reply

[video] I did both. My drawings were tiny, and there were many. puppet_paladin December 26 2010, 05:39:45 UTC
All of them are seventeen years younger than they would be by my time, though I suppose time might flow differently in their worlds.

The time gap must be small, then.

[video] You must have gotten in a lot of practice then! usedsubstitute December 26 2010, 05:42:13 UTC
Seventeen years. How odd! It must have been quite a surprise for you to see them all so young!

No, it's just that her nature has not changed. And she was fully grown by collage...
