[The only thing that can be seen at first is the strong light of an evolution. The strong light of two evolutions, actually. The brand new Clefairy and the brand new Banette stare at each other for a few seconds, before looking at the Pokégear.]

Fairy?

Banette?

[The answer to their question comes hesitantly.]

...You started evolving at the same time, ( Read more... )

[She blinks a few times herself.]

I guess not. [She smiles quickly.] But you know what they say: Those who argue the most have the closest friendship~!

[Yeah. Aerith is being optimistic here. Oh boy.]

It's a sibling rivalry, really. And now that they have evolved, their main point of contention should be gone.

[Optimism is probably right, in this case.]

That too! [She wonders if it will be the end, but...] We'll have to wait and see. I hope those two learn how to get along soon. Mostly for your sake, Cecil.

Congratulations. To them, and to you. [ Leon doesn't add 'for your continued mental health', but it's hidden in there, in the very slightly upturned corners of his mouth. ] They seem...lively.

Thank you very much. Normally they are somewhat calmer, but they were competing to see who would evolve first. This is a bit of a letdown for them.

They'll probably find something else to fight over, eventually. [ As long as it stays healthy, but these two at least don't look like they're actively trying to damage each other. ]

A draw sounds fair.

[Except when it's him and Zidane in a race.]

Maybe they can solve things in another way?

They might end up in a candy-eating contest. They tried it before.

Wow, two at once? That's gotta be rare.

And of course it had to be the two who were competing about it.

Of course. Well at least it's a draw, instead of someone losing?

Ah, but how long will it take before they accept the draw? That is the problem, really.

[It's a bigger and better Cleffa.]

They'll... probably stop arguing once they accept the draw. However, that might take a few minutes.

And when they do not argue, they play together quite happily. They act like normal siblings, really.
