I am very "Emo" tonight. I don't know why but I want to cry I just feel like crying. I am so upset!!! Anxious, worried, these fucking panic attacks are getting old. We discussed in therapy today that I need to slow down and figure out the triggers, and take a step back and analyze it. I am a tired but today was worth it. Went up to Rockport and saw many beautiful bald eagles. I took pictures, which yes, I will soon post. I had a great time with a dear dear friend of mine, and we talked the whole time sharing stories. I love this women! She knows who she is.
