Sugar Free Endurance test - Day 120

It's been almost a third of a year since I decided to not eat sugar anymore. I am still not very tempted, and sailing has been fairly smooth. There have been a handful of mistakes: someone gave me some popcorn that has sugar in it (kettle corn), more issues with Gatorade, and I ate a piece of banana cake Scarlet made because, well, she made it ( Read more... )

Something I've found helpful for boosting my fitness (though my weight is unchanged) is the striiv pedometer --unlike normal pedometers, it's a video game, and so I'll walk a LOT more than I would otherwise, just to earn points.
