Imaginary Sinus pain

So, for weeks now, my sinus pain has been quite bad. As takayla has been quick to point out, this happened last year. Last year, some of you may recall, I had some kind of mysterious pan that was in the back of my throat. Some people believe if you eat a teaspoon of honey from the area in which you live every morning, it will help your allergies. but Beefolks honey might not count for you as that is MD, not VA. You might want to see if there is a place to get local honey and see if it helps. It can't hurt to try.

After expensive, but covered, test, I have ( http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/nonallergic-rhinitis/DS00809 ) which means anti-allergy medications like loratadine do not help.

But the alternative treatments for allergies help.
1) Rinsing my sinuses twice a day ( http://www.usatoday.com/news/health/2007-05-29-nasal-washing_n.htm ).
2) Washing my face when I come in the building.
3) Washing my eyes twice a day.
4) Using gel tears before putting on my CPAP.

The sinus rinse also helped with my Dad's chronic sinus infections and my nasal polyps(so I did not need surgery).
